Dear customers, friends & community,

Last summer one of our Croo came up with the idea of a field trip to Paris.  I think she was rather surprised when I said “Why not?”

​

So we’re closing the shop for a week or so to study and play in the most famous pastry mecca in the world!  Our adventure will start with a Parisian pâtisserie tour and include a private baking class at the École Ritz Escoffier, a day trip to Champagne and many, many other delicious and exciting activities.

Thank you for 10 wonderful years on this corner, we are so grateful for all of your love and support.  This seemed like the right time for us to take stock of who we are, what we’ve become and what we want to be. The right time for immersion, inspiration and imagination. We'd love for you to tag along with us on Instagram and Facebook and see what we're up to!
